Simply complete the form enclosed in your SIM Card pack (or download the form here )

Enclose a copy of your ID and fax it to: 0800 006 006 or via email to: cs@lycamobile.ch

We will then be able to process your application

Please Note :

1. During the process you will receive a SMS from 499 and kindly reply ‘YES’ to the same number ( 499) without delay

2. It can take up to 5-15 working days for your number to be transferred. However, you can still make and receive calls on your temporary Lyca Mobile number
